My Gymspiration
One of my best friends has got me obsessed with the Victoria Secret Angel, Miranda Kerr!
She’s beautiful, kind, down to earth, and has a killer body; what’s not to love?
I’m about to read her book which is basically a load of life lessons about how to be calm, love yourself, and deal with whatever life throws at you. It’s got really good reviews and so it can’t hurt to read it.
Her book is called called Treasure Yourself: Power Thoughts for My Generation.
